ePN · Submit to BankPick the channel your bank prefers. All three deliver the same instrument; the bank verifies it on the same rail. Every submission generates a signed audit event.
Negotiate the note to the bank as holder. Control passes on the register — the electronic equivalent of endorsement and delivery — and the transfer is disclosed, ordered, and recorded. Only one party holds the note at a time.
On the maturity date the holder presents the note to the maker for payment (NIL §70). Send the instrument with its verification and audit links; the maker pays the party in control, and settlement is attested against the record.
If the maker does not pay on presentment, the holder gives notice of dishonour (NIL §89) to preserve recourse against the maker and any prior endorsers. Print or send the instrument as the record of demand; the dishonour is written to the audit chain.
