1Who we are

iset.finance is operated by ISET Inc. ("ISET", "we"), a Philippine stock corporation acting as registry of record for eInstruments under Republic Act No. 8792 and Republic Act No. 11057. Contact: trust@iset.finance.

2What this site is — and is not

Material on this site is informational. It is not an offer of securities to the public, not investment, legal, or tax advice, and not an extension of credit. ISET does not lend, does not take deposits, and does not hold itself out as a bank, financing company, or lending company. Engagement with the registry occurs only through bilateral counterparty arrangements concluded after review.

3Issuer access and the Console

Issuer access is granted by qualification, not by signup. An account on the Console does not by itself constitute issuer access, a counterparty relationship, or any entitlement to issue records.

• You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and devices. Sign-in uses passkeys; we never ask for a password.
• Sandbox keys and sandbox records are for evaluation. They carry no legal effect and may be reset.
• Production access is provisioned only under a concluded issuer agreement, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
• We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is compromised, abusive, or unlawful.

4The verification service

The public verification pages report whether a reference matches a record in the registry at the time of the query, and whether its signature verifies against the published public key. A verification result is a statement about the registry record — it is not advice, a valuation, or a guarantee of any underlying obligation or counterparty.

5Acceptable use

• No attempts to probe, bypass, or test the security of the site, the gate, the Console, or the API without written authorisation.
• No scraping at scale, automated bulk querying of the verification service, or interference with service operation.
• No misrepresentation of verification results, certificates, or registry records, and no use of ISET's name or marks to imply endorsement.
• No unlawful use, including money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion.

6Intellectual property

The site, its content, the ISET name and marks, and the registry software are the property of ISET Inc. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Any other reproduction or use requires written permission.

7No warranty · Limitation of liability

The site, Console, and verification service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, ISET Inc.'s aggregate liability arising out of the use of this site or the public services shall not exceed one thousand Philippine pesos (₱1,000). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, or any liability expressly assumed in a concluded issuer agreement.

8Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Concluded issuer agreements are amended only as those agreements provide.

9Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes arising from the use of this site shall be brought before the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any arbitration clause in a concluded issuer agreement.
